Return & Cancellation Policy


CANCELLATION POLICY

We regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, we reserve the right to cancel all past, pending and future orders without any liability. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in scenarios like inaccuracies in pricing of product on website and stock unavailability. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed to your Card Account. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER
In case we receive a cancellation request over our notified email, from you within 24 Hours of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

RETURN POLICY
If the product is found defective, please call +91 9836226391or email to sales@teameleven.net within 24 hours of receipt of products. We will arrange the reverse pickup for the product and then issue a new product to the customer. Please understand replacements are subject to availability of stock.

Please note that no returns would be made if the product has been damaged at your end. Refund requests would be entertained only for any manufacturing defects. Please support your request with the image of the defective product

REFUND POLICY

IN WHAT SCENARIOS DO WE ISSUE REFUNDS?

Refunds are issued by TEAM ELEVEN only when,

1. the order was cancelled BY TEAM ELEVEN

2. the customer made a cancellation request and it was accepted by TEAM ELEVEN in line with our Cancellation Policy

3. the customer made a Return request and it was accepted by TEAM ELEVEN in line with our Return Policy

Returns are not applicable on all products. Please refer to our Return Policy.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY REFUND AFTER RETURNING A PRODUCT?

Once we have received the returned product, our team will verify the nature of the defect/damage. After validation we will send you an acknowledgement via SMS / email / phone
